These SMS Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Happe Homes Warranty Texts program (the “Program”). By checking the text consent box and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to these Terms.

01. Program Name: Happe Homes Warranty Texts

02. Program Description: The Program sends text messages about your home warranty, limited to warranty claim updates and service scheduling. The Program is not used for promotional or marketing messages.

03. Consent & Enrollment: You enroll in the Program by checking the text consent box on our warranty request form or on the warranty acknowledgment form signed at closing. Checking the box is optional, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or submitting a warranty request.

04. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your warranty requests and service schedule.

05. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

06. How to Opt Out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you messages. To rejoin, opt in again or contact us.

07. How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 515-963-0842 or warranty@happehomes.com.

08. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Happe Homes.

09. Supported Carriers: The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers.

10. Privacy: Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party.

11. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
