Our Process for Building a New Home
Pre-Construction Phase
The pre-construction phase entails creating a strategic plan for your home, designing it, and securing building permits needed for construction. It also includes nailing down the layout of your cabinets, electrical, and picking out the exterior and interior finishes for your Happe Home!
Construction Phase
Time to dig! During this phase, we will button up any loose ends and go over all final documents prior to dig. This is when your home is transferred from our office team to our field team. During this phase is when plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians will be installing the mechanicals.
Completion Phase
The paint is dry, trim is installed, and the carpet is laid. This is the final stage of your home build! This allows our quality control team time to make sure everything meets our high standards, as well as inspecting for drywall and paint touch-ups. During this phase we'll also be completing the exterior sod and landscaping.
