The best compliment you can give us is to tell others about your home buying experience. We work hard to build lasting relationships with our homeowners and we appreciate the referrals they give us. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Happe Homes Referral Program!
When you refer a friend or family member, and they buy a new Happe Home, you’ll receive a $500 referral reward.**
**Only Happe Homes Homeowners are eligible to receive referral rewards. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Notification of the referring party must be given by the referred buyer or the referring party to Happe Homes prior to the referred buyer signing a Happe Homes purchase agreement. The $500 referral check will be awarded to the referring party within 30 days of closing of the referred buyer’s Happe Home. One referral per referred buyer home purchase. There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards that can be earned by a Happe Homeowner. Program subject to cancellation by Happe Homes at any time.
